Amikiri
Amikiri is a yokai or supernatural creature from Japanese folklore, specifically a type of tsukumogami that appears as a bizarre hybrid creature. Its name literally means net cutter, and it is said to use its specialized claws or pincers to cut fishing nets and mosquito nets. According to Japanese folklore, Amikiri is found in coastal areas and near rivers where fishermen set their nets. It is considered a nuisance spirit that damages fishing equipment, causing frustration for fishermen. The creature appears in the Gazu Hyakki Tsurezure Bukuro, a collection of yokai illustrations by the famous
