Anaye (monsters)
The Anaye are the monstrous beings that roamed the Fourth World of Navajo tradition, terrorizing the people after the emergence from the lower worlds. These monsters were born from the unnatural acts during the separation of men and women. The greatest of the Anaye was Yé'iitsoh the Big Giant, who wore armor of flint knives.
