Kalunga-Ngombe
Kalunga-ngombe is the Kimbundu god of the underworld in Angola, ruler of Kalunga, the sea and realm of the dead. In the epic of Sudika-mbambi (Chatelain's Folk-Tales of Angola, 1894) he is the otherworldly father whose daughter the hero wins by performing trials, not a monster to be slain as the input claims.
