The argamak is the winged steed of Altai epic tradition, a magnificent white horse swift as the wind with glowing eyes and powerful wings. A loyal companion rather than mere transport, it travels between the three cosmic worlds, carrying heroes to the sky court of Bai-Ülgen and down to Erlik's underworld while advising and protecting its master.
