Asasbasu
Not independently attested in documented Akan folklore or academic sources: no source records a creature named 'Asasbasu'. The entry appears to conflate two documented Akan figures — the Asasabonsam, a forest ogre-vampire with iron teeth and iron hooks, and the Obayifo, a night-witch that leaves its body to drain children's blood. The name itself is not recorded.
