Baiame
Baiame is the supreme creator god and sky father in the mythology of several Aboriginal Australian peoples of southeastern Australia, including the Kamilaroi, Wiradjuri, and Eora nations. In the Dreamtime, Baiame descended from the sky world to create the land, plants, animals, and humans. He gave the people their laws, customs, and ceremonies before returning to the sky, where he remains watching over the world from his home in the Milky Way. Baiame established the rules of marriage, the totem system, and the proper relationships between people and land. His wives include Birrahgnooloo (assoc
