Baktan
Not independently attested in folklore literature. No source records a Senegambian giant named 'Baktan'. Local legends do attribute the Senegambian stone circles (Wassu, Sine Ngayène, Kerbatch) to ancient giants, but the named figure appears to be an invention; the closest genuine analogue is the anonymous giant-builders of these megalith traditions.
