Beloved Twins
In the Zuni kachina-origin tradition, the Beloved Twins led the three groups of Zuni during the clan migrations in search of the middle place, itiwana. Under their guidance the clans separated by direction, and their journeys are recalled in Zuni origin narratives. They are migration leaders of the emerging people.
