Big-Skeleton (Wokómásauwuu)
Wokómásauwuu, Big Skeleton, is a Hopi spirit related to Masauwu, the Skeleton Man and deity of death and the earth's surface. In the story of the Ahö'li Kachina, Big Skeleton meets the kachinas and tells them to make their homes atop the mesas. He is a powerful being to be acknowledged and respected in Hopi ceremonial narratives.
