Bouchkara
Bouchkara is a Tunisian bogey figure invoked to frighten disobedient children. The familiar threat is that Bouchkara will put you in her sack if you do not behave; she belongs to the same nursery-terror repertoire as the Ghoula. Tunisian popular articles and Yassine Ellil bilingual Monstres fantastiques tunisiens (2012) list her among the recurring figures of Tunisian oral and written tales.
