Child of the Water
Child of the Water is the Apache culture hero, one of the twins born to White-painted Woman. With his brother Killer of Enemies he rid the world of monsters, slaying the Owl-Man Giant, the Buffalo Monster, and the Eagle Monster, and he remains the model of the Apache warrior, told of across the Chiricahua and other Apache oral traditions.
