Chyskhaan
Chyskhaan is the Lord of Cold in Sakha (Yakut) belief, a spirit who rules the fierce frosts of Siberia and dwells in an ice palace said to stand near Oymyakon, one of the coldest inhabited places on earth. When his breath thickens and his horns gather frost, the deepest cold of winter is said to be drawing near.
