Coleando
Not independently attested as a monster of Chilean folklore. 'Coleando' is the Spanish gerund for swishing or wriggling a tail (as in the idiom 'vivito y coleando'), not the name of a being, and no source documents a 'Coleando' water monster. The genuine Chilean aquatic figures are El Cuero, the Nguruvilu and the Camahueto, which the entry's own list confuses with this invention.
