Cougar Ancestor-Spirit (Muisca)
Not independently attested as a figure of Muisca tradition. Muisca cosmology of the Altiplano Cundiboyacense is documented around Sué, Chía, Bachué, Bochica and Chiminigagua; no cougar ancestor-spirit appears in colonial sources or ethnography. The only tangential echo is the sixteenth-century epithet of Bochica as 'father of a tiger', which does not constitute a cougar cult.
