Coyote First Angry
Áłtsé Hashké, 'First Angry' or 'First Scolder,' is the primeval Coyote of Navajo tradition. In the origin narratives he was the first coyote made in the Third World and the first to grow angry, angering the chiefs and so bringing anger and discord among the people, foreshadowing the disorder the trickster coyote would later spread through the world.
