Crane Animal-Spirit of Blackfoot
Not independently attested as an animal-spirit of Blackfoot folklore. Cranes appear only as minor characters in Blackfoot tales told around Old Man (Napi), the Blackfoot trickster; no crane spirit-being is documented. Blackfoot sacred powers belong to Old Man, Old Woman and the sun, and the crane holds no spirit role.
