Draugar
Draugar are the undead revenants of Icelandic saga and folklore, animated corpses that rise from graves and burial mounds. Corporeal and supernaturally strong, they swell to a huge size, bring disease and death to nearby farms, and can be fought but not easily killed. The best-known are Glámr in Grettis Saga and the mound-dweller Kárr the Old.
