Elk Trickster (Maya)
Not independently attested as a figure of Maya or Chilean tradition. Elk (wapiti) are native to North America and never occurred in the Yucatán or Chile, so no 'elk trickster' exists in either folklore. Maya tradition does feature the deer (ceh) in dance and hunting lore, but that is not this figure, and the Chile attribution appended to the entry is meaningless.
