Enkai, also known as Engai, is the supreme god of the Maasai people of Kenya and Tanzania. Enkai is neither male nor female but manifests in two distinct aspects: Enkai Narok (the Black God), who is benevolent and brings rain, grass, and prosperity, and Enkai Na-nyokie (the Red God), who is vengeful and brings drought, lightning, and famine.
