Eototo
Eototo is the chief of the Hopi katsinam, the spiritual counterpart of the Hopi village chief and 'father' of all katsinam. He knows all the ceremonies and appears at the Powamu ceremony in February, when he draws cloud symbols in cornmeal and pours sacred water into the kiva to bring rain for Hopi agriculture. Shabby in appearance, his power is not to be judged by looks.
