Fox Guardian of Ute
Not independently attested as a guardian of Ute folklore. The fox appears in some Ute tales as a clever figure, but no Ute fox-guardian or fox-spirit is documented in the sources. Ute spirit-helpers center on shamans and animal powers such as the bear and the eagle, not a guardian fox.
