Gazar-bichig
Not independently attested: the name combines Mongolian 'gazar' (land, place) and 'bichig' (script, document), meaning a land document or map, not a spirit. No household or forest spirit called Gazar-bichig is documented in Mongolian folk religion. The real vertical script Mongol Bichig and the lamaist reverence for texts are factual, but the personified 'spirit of sacred manuscripts' is invented.
