Hughaman
Not independently attested in folklore literature. No Norwegian source records a doppelganger spirit called 'hughaman' or 'hughamar'; the term appears to be built from hug (mind) and ham (shape). The genuine Norwegian traditions of the vardøger (preceding double) and fylgje (attendant spirit) cover this territory under attested names.
