Jiangshi
Jiangshi (殭屍) is the 'hopping corpse' of Chinese folklore: a reanimated body, often of a person whose breath failed to leave at death or whose grave was disturbed, moving in stiff, leaping bounds with arms outstretched. It drains life energy from the living and is warded off by mirrors, glutinous rice, rooster blood, and talismans.
