Kane
The highest of the four great Hawaiian gods, Kane is the god of creation, life, sunlight, freshwater, and forests. He is the progenitor of all life and the source of divine power. Kane created the first man, Kumuhonua, and the first woman, Ke-oloku. He rules the heavens and represents the supreme creative force. He is associated with freshwater springs, which were considered his sacred domain. Kane is a benevolent god who provides for humanity, but he demands respect for nature and the kapu (sacred laws). He is rarely depicted in physical form as he is considered too sacred for representation
