Kayra Han
Kayra (Kayra Khan, Tengere Kayra Khan) is the supreme creator god of the Altai and broader Turkic peoples, who shaped the sky and earth from primordial water and fathered both the benevolent Ülgen and the underworld ruler Erlik. Supreme and creative, he governs fate and stands first in the Tengrist pantheon, from whom the other chief gods descend.
