Ko'wituma (Twin War God)
Ko'wituma (Twin War God) is one of the sacred twin deities in Zuni mythology, the elder of the two warrior brothers who protect the Zuni people from evil spirits and monsters. Together with his brother Pautiwa, Ko'wituma drove the great monsters underground during the time of creation, clearing the world for human habitation. He is associated with the east and the rising sun, and carries a bow of lightning and arrows of flint.
