Not independently attested in folklore literature. No Cambodian tradition documents a vengeful ghost called 'Krahom'; the Khmer word krahom simply means 'red', and the invented etymology and vengeful-ghost details are filler. Khmer spirit belief does include neak ta (tutelary guardians) and various ghosts, but no attested figure corresponds to this entry.
