Lalla Mira
Lalla Mira is a feminine jinn, a jinniya, of the Moroccan Gnawa pantheon, associated with the colour yellow. She is a laughing, joyous spirit who likes perfume, henna and pretty clothes; her incense is musk. When her music is played and women begin to giggle and laugh, she is understood to be making herself known. Each spirit in the pantheon has its own colour, song, incense, and food or drink.
