Not independently attested as a named spirit of Burmese folklore; searches locate no water ghost called 'Let-Htau.' Myanmar's documented spirit world is the nat tradition, which includes river and water nats (such as Amay Yay Yin) and taw saung and taung saung nature guardians, but no figure bears this name, which appears to be a garbled conflation.
