Lindesnes-varulven
Lindesnes-varulven (the werewolf of Lindesnes) is a shapeshifting wolf-creature from the folklore of the Lindesnes region, the southernmost tip of Norway. Unlike the continental European werewolf tradition, the Lindesnes-varulv is more closely related to Norse concepts of hamskifte (shape-shifting) — a person who could transform into a wolf by putting on a wolf-skin belt or by being born under a specific configuration of stars.
