Loa
Lowa (Loa) is the creator of Marshallese tradition who dwelt alone in the primeval sea, who raised the reefs and sandbanks of the atolls from the water and made the birds and plants. Wulleb and Limdunanji, the first people, emerged from a tumor on his leg, and he set gods at the cardinal points to govern the winds. He is the grandfather of the trickster Letao.
