Lunar (or L'Ankou)
L'Ankou is the Breton/Cornish/Welsh personification of death — a tall, thin man in a black coat and wide-brimmed hat driving a creaking cart (karrig an Ankou) to collect souls. The last person to die in a parish each year becomes the next Ankou. The Walloon (Belgian) variant 'Lunar' reflects Celtic influence in the region. Not a water spirit — the input's archetype is wrong.
