The Masmasalanicw, the Four Carpenters, are the supernatural craftsmen of Nuxalk (Bella Coola) creation who shaped the world under the direction of the Creator. They made the mountains, rivers, and forests, fashioned the first creatures, and established the pattern of the land that the Nuxalk people know.
