Moose Nature-Spirit of Kwakiutl
Not independently attested as a nature-spirit of Kwakiutl (Kwakwaka'wakw) folklore. No source records a moose spirit on the Northwest Coast, where the forest's wild-man figure is Bukwus, the Wild Man of the Woods, and the great figures are Dzunukwa and Sisiutl. The traits recorded appear to derive from modern speculation.
