Moose Nature-Spirit of Shona
Not independently attested in Shona tradition. Moose do not exist in Zimbabwe or southern Africa. The record is fabricated, using a template assigning "guardian of lakes" to a non-native animal. Shona water spirits involve mermaids (njuzu) or serpent beings, not moose.
