Moose Guardian (Mapuche)
Not independently attested in Mapuche tradition. Moose (Alces alces) are native to North America and Eurasia, NOT South America. The Mapuche have no moose in their mythology. Their guardians include the Ngen (spirit owners of nature), Pillán (volcano spirits), and animal spirits like the fox (Zorro) or puma.
