Moose Trickster (Cree)
Not independently attested as a trickster of Cree folklore. Cree trickster stories belong to Wîsahkêcâhk, who in one famous tale gives the moose its baggy coat; the moose is a character in his stories, not itself a trickster. No source records a moose trickster in Cree tradition. The traits recorded appear to derive from modern speculation.
