Muki (Muqui) is an Andean mining goblin of Quechua/Aymara tradition in Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia. A dwarf-like being with blonde hair, pale skin, and hypnotic eyes, he dwells in mines, whistles to warn favored miners, and makes pacts for coca or alcohol. Known regionally as chinchiliku, anchanchu, or jusshi.
