Mythic Animals
Not independently attested as a single named being. 'Mythic Animals' is a general category, not a specific figure in any Canadian Indigenous tradition, and the record's 'Blackfoot' label is unsupported. Real Canadian folklore names individual beings such as the Anishinaabe underwater panther Mishipeshu, the Great Horned Serpent, or the Thunderbird, each with its own distinct mythology.
