Night Stalker (Cheyenne)
Not independently attested in Cheyenne tradition; no recorded Cheyenne narrative describes a 'Night Stalker.' The closest attested beings of the night are the Nightspirits, 'Those Who Walk in Darkness,' of the Ho-Chunk, who spread darkness as they walk and grant war blessings to vision seekers. The entry appears to conflate these figures or to invent a Cheyenne counterpart.
