Obayifo
Obayifo is an Ashanti (Akan, Ghana) vampire-witch who appears human by day but at night emits phosphorescent light from armpits and anus, flies as a ball of light, and sucks blood/vitality. Known as asiman in Dahomey. Associated with witchcraft (bayi), infant mortality, and food obsession. No defense exists. Documented in Rattray's Ashanti ethnography.
