Raven Water-Spirit of Inuit
Raven (tulugaq) is a bringer of light and a creator in Inuit tradition, most fully developed among western Arctic and Alaskan Inuit. In the origin of light, the raven-billed child Tulugaak cried until its grandfather's bladder, which held the light, broke open and light filled the world; raven is credited with creating and ordering the world, and is also a clever trickster.
