Raven Nature-Spirit of Blackfoot
Not independently attested in Blackfoot folklore. Ravens and crows play no significant role in Blackfoot tradition, whose transformer and trickster is Napi (Old Man), helped by his wife Old Lady; the Blackfoot Sky World holds the Sun Naato'si, the Moon Ko'komiki'somm, and the star heroes. A raven nature-spirit of the Blackfoot is a modern invention.
