Salmon Spirit of Zapotec
Not independently attested as a salmon spirit of Zapotec folklore. No Zapotec source records a desert- or wilderness-dwelling salmon spirit, and salmon are not native to Oaxaca's waters. Zapotec nature spirits are tied to local animals and deities such as Cocijo and Pitao Cozobi. The salmon appears to be a northern animal imposed on Zapotec tradition by a data-generation error.
