Sea Troll
Not independently attested as a named 'sea troll' (havstroll) in Nordic folklore. Swedish tradition has sjörå (sea rå) and havsfrun (sea lady) as female water spirits, and the Norwegian havtroll appears in Ibsen's literary Peer Gynt. The generic 'sea troll' is a modern categorization, not a specific folkloric entity.
