Not independently attested as a distinct demon of Buryat folklore. No source confirms a deceiver called 'Shiktur' associated with Erlik; Buryat tradition knows Erlik (Erlen) as the underworld judge, but no 'Shiktur' appears in published mythology. The traits recorded appear to derive from modern speculation.
