Sidi Musa is the blue spirit of the Moroccan Gnawa pantheon. He is identified with a thirteenth-century figure whose sanctuary is at Salé. Invoked in the lila, he is one of the named jnun whose cult the Gnawa preserve. The jazz pianist Randy Weston described his encounter with the blue spirit, Sidi Musa, as decisive in his musical path.
