Skarsfjellgubben
Skarsfjellgubben (also known as Sømnakongen, the King of Sømna) is an old troll king from Nordland folklore who saved Lekamøya from Hestmannen's attack. When Hestmannen shot an arrow at Lekamøya as she fled, Skarsfjellgubben threw his broad-brimmed hat into the path of the arrow. The arrow pierced the hat, creating a massive hole through it. Skarsfjellgubben, his hat, the arrow, and Lekamøya all turned to stone at sunrise.
