Skeljungur
Skeljungur (Shell-Whale) is a unique illhveli (evil whale) in Icelandic folklore distinguished by being covered in rattling shells and being the only edible wicked whale. Skeljungur is 20-45 meters long, fat-bodied, with short flippers and no dorsal fin. Its body is covered with shells that rattle loudly as it moves — the sound gives it away.
